As fucking rad as it is that Persona 5 will be on PS4, taking a step back from that fuck yeah moment it would have been nice to see something of the game other than an anime video.

I honestly don't care if it looks and plays like Persona 4 Golden. The writing has always been the strength of Persona - well, it has since 3 anyway.
That said, if this game looks anything near the visual quality of Catherine, I'll be overjoyed.
Pretty good press conference actually. I really wonder if they're doing another one for proper TGS. I doubt it, because if they're willing to show off this many games at this thing, I can't imagine what they could have for the other one. Unless its a lot of the same games but more in depth.

Even with it coming to the PS4 now I doubt it will look like Catherine. They ditched that engine for a reason.
But I am very curious what it will look like though. It could be anywhere in-between P4 and Catherine. I'm really not sure what to expect.
@selfconfessedcynic: Apparently it's a new and better engine than whatever they were running Catherine on, so that's exciting.
"Better" is relative though. I'm certain it's better suited for a game like Persona, but that doesn't necessarily mean more detailed graphics. A game like Persona eats up a lot of resources in other areas.
Ah, shit... I have the PS3 version of P5 pre-ordered for $35. Do I keep that or pay the inevitable $70 for PS4...

I haven't put any money down on it, that's just what it'll cost me when it ships. I'll have to see if I can even cancel it now, since it's a part of a larger order in which other parts have already shipped.

There will be more info on specific games coming straight from publishers at TGS I think. Kojima made that pretty clear with Phantom Pain.
