Enemies who don't fight fair or flee when they're running low on health. Examples include Boos from Super Mario and those pesky goblins from Dark Messiah.
Special or stronger units than standard ones, usually found in strategy games. This is not necessarily the same thing as a superhero or a game's protagonist.
Oversized pests such as rats or bugs are often used as low level enemies in role playing games. They can be found in most any Western RPG, especially ones that use the Dungeons and Dragons rule set.
Bipedal rat-like creatures, common in fantasy games. Prone to trickery and backstabbing, unless they're ninja.
A race of rat-people found in the Warhammer universe. They are fully sentient, with their own religion, society, and technologies.
This concept is featured in games that have a character wearing a helmet or mask with a skull graphic or picture on it, or else a helmet styled to resemble a skull. This does not pertain to characters who actually have skulls for heads.
A person incapable of feeling emotion and empathy, though they may fake displaying such in order to fit into society. Their inability to empathize make them potentially dangerous as they lack the ability to feel guilt or remorse for cruel acts committed against others.
