ok so I am a 3s player and when I made the switch to SF4 it just felt like soooo many moves are unpunishable on block. Cammy, Sakura, Bison, Vega etc come to mind. In 3s most specials were punishable on block so you couldn't just spam them without hit confirming, but in SF4 people spam as much as they want under the pretense of "pressure game". This isn't no pressure game, this is just a term to make spamming sound legit.

Anyways, enough with that. My main concern is, in UMvC3 are there a lot of specials that can be spammed without punish that leaves the opponent close to you to continue this "pressure"?

Actually the game is based on spammable offense like that. Probably not your game.
