That headset is exactly my preference when I am gaming. One ear is optimal just for voices, game audio from speakers.

Gawd I miss NYC, for the few months total I have been there.

This is the only unboxing I have seen, so totally enjoying it. After looking up at my PS3, the slightly angled front does not surprise me, Sony likes odd shapes and angles. Mine when I get it will lay flat. As for that overhang, it doesn't benefit me. Optical cables sometimes are the hardest to judge, though you just slowly rotate them to line up the male.

just to make it clear they are not HDD installs the 50GB, 40GB, 30GB etc requirements are cache requirements that the PS4 does in the background they are not permanent installs like they would be on PS3 data gets installed and deleted as you play this thas been confirmed by Shuhei Yoshida and even the FAQ that was released states that data is cached they do not say installed.

It occurs to me, Vinny is back at HQ by his lone self? Cmon, that absolutely needs to be dealt with. He needs to get Matt, Alexis, Drew and Ian with special guest Dave and pronounce what they think about all this PS4 noise (would it have benefited with wheels?)...or whatever they wants to do. Say like another foray into Second life. Might think about a Vinny special in the future, if not using as the tech.

Ah that's good to know. Still, for digital titles, PSN download speeds and ease of finding and redownloading purchases had better be as easy as Steam. I'll probably still be going with the disc option when I can though this gen unless digital pricing gets cheaper somehow.

@i_stay_puft: Don't forget the download only PSN games like, Resogun, Contrast....other stuff. But yea, PS4 launch lineup is small.

Are you people actually going to keep like 10+ games installed at a time? Do you play 10 games at a time? Even if the installs got bigger (say, 100GB), at most I would want 3 or 4 games installed at a time. That's completely doable with a 500 GB drive.
