Demon's Souls ain't no joke. The one thing that irks me though is the degradable weapons (I've always hated that in games).

I like them WAY better when they also unlock something within the game. Give me anything I can use in the game along with the achievement and 99.9% of the time I'll go for it. I rarely go for an achievement solely for the achievement unless I'm in love with the game itself and love playing it repeatedly. Hi Super Stardust HD!

Torchlight has become a really nice, unexpected surprise for me. It does absolute nothing to reinvent the wheel and yet it's one of the funnest games of the year. It's like playing a dungeon crawling version of Peggle and I'm definitely looking forward to the MMO.
