Yay! I bought this over a year ago, been a long wait.

If you already bought it (through a Humble widget or something) you can punch in your code into Steam already and play.

played that thing at pax prime, not a souls series expert, but the gameplay felt like a 2d souls game.

I met the artist at Pax East 2013 where he was showing off the game. It looked awesome then, looks awesome now! Glad to see it's all done!

@thenine: Not even close. This is a "metroidvania" game. Like Guacamelee.

It doesn't have Kratos so it's already way better than God of War.

I was expecting to, and also ready to buy this ($15 as my maximum). Jesus PS+ IGC. Also Yakuza 4 for the PS3, Transistor, etc..

Looks like a less bullet hellish Outland... or like a more stylish version of that old Amiga game Gods... I dunno. I shall play this.

I didn't know these guys did Capsized. I've owned that game forever and never gotten around to it. Time to play some Alientrap games.

It seems like form got in the way of function. I see why they thought the stiff and limited animation system might match the visual style, but it looks like it would feel horrible to play.

Only tangentially related, but I wonder how PS+ works from a developers point of view. Has that ever been talked about? Do they get payed per download? Or do they get some cut of the 3-5 dollars of every subscriber?

Yeah, I used to be excited about the game a year+ ago, then I saw the gameplay and realised I only wanted to look at the game and not play it...

Winner of 2015's category for the game that looks most like Frog Fractions as long as Frog Fractions 2 is not released this year and if it turns out to be tripy enough. The Greek Gods were trippin right?

Yeah. I completely love the unique art style, but I'm not sure how fun it will be to actually play. The floaty feel is due to the fact that it's all physics driven. Very similar to their previous game Capsized. But the greater focus on melee combat could make this one better or worse.
