Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Teaser

Meh, I'll buy this game once again this year just like I do with CoD every other year. Sure, I consider the game inferior to most other shooters, but I still have a ton of fun with it and it's the game my friends play almost exclusively, so I can get some life out of my purchase.

Looks like I'll be renting, I learned my lesson after MW2. Also, it's nice to see that their way of "shaking up" the CoD formula is putting a fucking 3 in America.

I really don't know what to make of this game. My suspicion is that I won't like it, but if there's still enough life left at Infinity Ward to make a campaign as good as MW2 (that is to say, entertainingly crazy but not particularly fun in the shooting-guys bits) then I guess maybe it could be better than Black Ops?

Either way, I'm sure not buying this for the fucking multiplayer. I'll play it once when I rent the game just to make sure I still completely hate it.

If the multiplayer is revolutionary, I'll buy it. If it's the same thing we are seeing in MW2 and Black Ops, no dice.

I think it'll be good as long as they stay out of the middle east. New York could be fantastic.

Well okay. New MW game. Um.... can't say I'm all that interested. Starting to get a little stale to be honest. If I can get it cheap from some European over-seas seller, then maybe I'll get it. Otherwise... well, it would have to have some pretty goddamn awesome reviews in order to convince me to get it on day one. The Multiplayer just doesn't interest me as much anymore.

Despite what Infinity Ward appears to believe, it isn't the environment of these games that has gotten stale.  It's... well... everything.  They need to completely rework this game from the ground up if they don't want to release something that will take, yet another, step in the direction of Tony Hawk and Guitar Hero.

I'm interested to see where this will go at least.  I enjoyed MW2 enough, and if this is up to that quality, I'll probably pick it up.  I dislike the giant "THIS IS DEFINITELY A CALL OF DUTY TITLE" thing at the end, but I can see why they did it.  It doesn't make me feel better about the title however.

I'll even agree with you if you say this style of game is getting stale, but if I want a dumb, shooty thrill ride, I can't think of a better series to go with. No reason that I can't enjoy that for what it is. Some of you need to get the hell of your horses and stop judging people because they like a different video game than you.

It's a cool trailer. I'm kind of sick of Call of Duty at this point, but you guys are just plain jaded.

Black Ops isn't very good, especially compared to the previous game. Sorry. 

Oh look, the Call Of Duty Defenders have shown up. Sure, it's nothing new to show intense distaste for Call Of Duty, but the game has done more damage than good in the long run.
