It carries all of the problems you just described, PLUS it sometimes goes insane. It'll have like 4 people, then suddenly it borks out and theres 5 people, 2 people 0 people, 5 people, 4 people, then suddenly matchmaking couldn't find an appropriate host and i'm back to the menu. 1: Controls are fucked up (Think dual-joystick shooter, but where the bullet is your legs).
2: You can eat too much, and remove your arse or head, at which point it can skitter around on its own.
3: Wandering NPC's determine that it would be a good idea to go for a ride on your back.
