That was beautiful.. did not expect anything with zombies to ever be interesting again. 
Hopefully there's a game here somewhere too.

Can't comment on the game itself but this is one of the best trailers I've ever seen.

This trailer is amazing! Never seen anything quite like it.

A trailer will usually show highlights from the movie or video game it's meant to promote.  This is a short film made by a company that has nothing to do with the creation of the game featuring CG that isn't from the game and depicting events that may not even occur.  This is a promotional video, not a trailer.

Awesome trailer, evoked some emotion. By gosh, video games are really something these days.

I find this trailer to be a pretentious mess... Put a little girl in peril and your trailer will be hyped beyond anything... And what's with the Dreamcast quality CG? 

The trailer was fantastic. The music reminded me of Lost.

I never gave up hope on this game.

The trailer is well made and all, but then I look at the name of the game and I just kinda go "oh, zombies. Yay."

Some people are having problems with people getting excited over a game due to a pretty trailer.
 
I find this trailer to be one of the best trailers for anything ever, but I couldn't care less about the game. I understand there are zombies? Meh.

That trailer was pretty well designed... if only it weren't about zombies -.- 
 
According to the wiki, there have been 419 video games featuring zombies.

Something in this trailer has been done before, at least once. It's made to evoke an emotional reaction from the watcher. This means it's pretentious, because nothing should be created to create a reaction. Emotional reactions to entertainment should be accidental at best, If it's accidental we won't feel like a tool of the creators of said entertainment.
 
Only problem is, saying this trailer is pretentious also makes you a tool. So on the internet you can't really share an opinion about anything without being called out on it, forming your own opinions is dangerous because someone will undoubtedly tell you that "You didn't form them on your own! They were planted in your head!", trying their hardest to undermine anything you may think about a subject. and those people are in the same boat as you.
 
It's gotta suck when your job is spending years making a product for people like this, ergo people in general.

Everything is terrible and great at the same time, so is this trailer.
I guess the only thing I can say about this film is that models,textures,lighting and animation are of good quality, and that the trailer does it's job well of conveying it's message of horror and sorrow (anyone not seeing that is wilfully ignoring it), and I base this opinion on having studied both film and CGI.
 
TL;DR: Liking/hating this film is great/bad/dumb/genius, I thought it was good for what it was.

I know it's been said a million times already, but it bears repeating because it's fucking true: this trailer is absolutely amazing. I've been following what little info there's been on the game since it was announced, so I'm beyond happy to see that it's finally going to get released. 
 
And zombies are still fucking awesome.

Regardless of how the game turns out, at least we'll have this memorable trailer.
 
I watched a reversed version of the trailer on YouTube. It was kinda like that easter egg on the Memento DVD that lets you watch the movie in chronological order. It's kinda neat to see once but it doesn't have the same impact.

Cool trailer but will the actual gameplay translate into a "compelling game for fans of the genre"?

Amazing trailer.

Everyone can call it however they like but I dig it.

The music and the family dynamic made it more emotional than I am used to seeing in a zombie game. Seems these guys may be able to hit some emotions with this one if they do it right; which would be interesting for the genre.

Trailer was awesome. But I'm curious about the actual gameplay... please no more Left 4 Dead, thanks.

Truly phenomenal.

It's a good trailer, but people are starting to kill my goodwill towards it with all the hyperbole. I get irked once people start throwing the "B" word at it. Exaggerated praise aside, I like me some good zambie games regardless of whether it's in vogue or not. 

Amazing trailer.  Game is irrelevant.  Be excited when (and if) you have a reason to be excited.
