This is basically entirely because of the Super Best Friends lets play of the original and I couldn't be happier to see it.

I'm gonna say Dan needs to play this to completion on stream.

Don't really care for this game in particular, but I'm all about someone going through From's back catalog and bringing back their hits. Who knows, if the remasters/etc are successful enough, we may even see some of those IPs rebooted.

I was joking with a friend about seeing King's Field Remastered getting an E3 announcement. Now I'm not sure that it's that impossible of an idea...

Honestly, my biggest hype moment of E3, so far.

I can't say the whole, "Fuck yeah America!" thing plays particularly well these days, at least not for me.

The XD smiley has ruined anything named XD for me.

It's a game about the President waging a one-man civil war against a military coup led by the cartoonishly evil Vice-President while they constantly shout each other's names. Your assistant is a secretary who is utterly giddy about the property damage caused. And you destroy a good chunk of America saving it. The "fuck yeah America" is firmly tongue-in-cheek in favor of sheer spectacle/absurdity. Think Team America with all the destruction happening in the US and no attempt at an aesop.

That is exactly why this is fucking perfect.

Who will save us from Michael Richards?

Among everything else, this was easily my biggest highlight of E3.
