Rising Star make really good games. Style Boutique is essentially Recettear without the dungeons. I'm pretty excited about this game!

The amount of snarky teenagers here who are intrigued by the trailer but hate themselves for having the potential to like a game that doesn't have nutsacks in people's mouths and blood on every wall is really annoying.

I tried the demo of Style Savvy back when I got my 3DS and I just couldn't get into it. Too much of it seemed to rely heavily on internet based stuff.

I like the idea of these games, but I feel it's a bit wasted if there isn't a larger goal/story/game behind it I guess. Dress up is fun, but I want a purpose behind the dressing of up.

I will second this very hard. Style Savvy was one of my top games of last year. Yes, totally aimed at girls (yay for me) and a well-designed and well-thought out game all at the same time. It's fantastic.

I also doubt that this will be anywhere near as good, but given how much I loved Style Savvy, I feel like I should probably pick it up just for the sake of comparison.

Came here to post this. Style Savvy is so god damn legit. I've been playing it since I haven't had much else to play since getting my fill of Animal Crossing and SMTIV and it's really well designed all around. Ostensibly a girls' game first and foremost, but not otherwise designed to be condescendingly pandering or otherwise exclusionary if anyone wants to get in on it. A damn shame it seemed to bomb at least in the States judging by how cheaply I got it from Amazon; I'd love to see Nintendo's talent go towards more off-beat projects like that more often.

We all laugh, but think about how much time some of use in game character creators? I know, I for one spend twenty to sixty minutes make my characters spending a lot of time dressing them up in various outfits too see what shoes go with what pants. Also, I get SUPER ANNOYED when character creators are junk...I'm talking about you GTA V!
