Follow the Rules of Survival in I Am Alive

I find it odd how people are obsessing about the game being a little rough in the graphics department. Considering it's a downloadable game, and it's toting some pretty big ideas, shouldn't that factor in a bit, and not just "LOLZ THAT FACE LOOKS BAD".

I was kind of pumped about this so many E3s ago. The visuals look kind of shitty right now but hopefully they'll be able to clean it up. I am really itching for the premise they're advertising, so hopefully they're not going to surprise us with some big change in the middle.

This is 2011 right?

I like the concept still even though it's not looking great right now.

Don't give a rat's ass that the graphics aren't mind-blowing, and bland colors do kind of seem like they'd be appropriate for a post-apocalyptic setting and all. I'm into it.

This is a good idea. The smooth ambient music towards the end means it's one of those slow paced exploration games. Potential.

I am actually sorta excited for this. The concept is great and even though the graphics look horrid, I know I will be buying this game.

I hope it have a good feeling of isolation and make survival/traversal a focus. I guess sort of like how on they talked about The Last of Us on the Bombcast. Rare enemy encounters?

I really like the premise behind this game. If it was a big budget release as it was initially supposed to be, I'd be amped. But since its downsizing, I'm doubtful of whether the team can fully deliver on the potential

It's Ubisoft, man. They have all sorts of jank with their character modelling.

And I was never a fan for nearly all of their character model designs too. They've weird proportions or something. Can't quite figure it out.

See how well you can do, how long you can survive, how many "points" you can get by finding items for your survival, and being charitable.

That could be really interesting. Would be really awesome if you got a random environment to survive in each time.

I watched both Endurance Runs and there was nothing amazing about it. I think "bizarre" is the word you're looking for.

My God, what was with the lip-synching? Geez, that was terrible. The rest of the game looked good--no zombies!--but that lip-synching turned me off right off the bat.

Hmm... Could be interesting, but I'm a little confused. The "dust" looks like it was in the part where he hands the little girl something, and they don't have gas masks on. All well, when the world ends, let there be grey.
