Is this gonna be uploaded to the podcast feed? Don't feel like looking at people talk for 40 minutes.

I beat Bioshock 2 through gamefly back when it came out so I never got a chance to check out Minerva's Den. Is the DLC worth renting the game to buy the DLC?

Very fascinating listen! I love the deep insight into the indie game making process that we so rarely hear about.

I'll definitely be keeping tabs on their game.

I played through Minerva's Den on a whim recently and now I see why people felt it rivaled the original BioShock in terms of story revelation. Looking forward to anything Fullbright puts out in the future.

I was hoping he'd mention the suburbs from Twisted Metal: Black, as far as familiar environments go.

They really need to bring out a stand alone Minervas Den. Especially with people calling these guys the Minervas Den studio.

2k would make money and I'd finally play it.

I really don't get peoples problem with Bioshock 2 everyone just says it is bad, but from playing it I feel it is much better than the first game but since you have already been to the world is losses impact

Pity Minerva's Den is stuck behind a game I wouldn't play for free. Bioshock 2 to this day remains the single most disgusting unnecessary sequel cash-in/money-grab I've ever seen. It retroactively hurt the first game.

I'll agree it might not have been necessary but that game was fine. It's hard to judge it if you haven't played it. And saying it retroactively hurt the first game is crazy talk.

Any chance that future videos like this will also just be available in audio format? It's hard to run a video and game at the same time on my computer!

Wow is that your podcast room for the site? That's way nicer than I thought it was going to be from your descriptions on the podcast, especially compared to the (both) old offices.

@TheSouthernDandy: People say the prequels retroactively hurt the original trilogy all the time. Including Brad I believe! :p

@ChrisTaran: He's talkin crazy too. The original trilogy is still as awesome as it ever was regardless of the mess of the prequels.

That Brad... Always stirring up trouble.

Cool stuff, kind of weird that they did this for just like an announcement thing. I was kind of hoping they would do same stuff as they did with building the bastion. But I guess they don't really know these guys.

Sitting in Portland, in my apartment, on Hawthorne, watching this. Meta. Ryan gets major points for the references, even if I find Hawthorne less weird than Haight-Ashbury.

Patrick immediately goes for the Portlandia joke. Negative points.

More videos like this would be awesome. Just straight up candid interviews in a non-showfloor setting. Hearing game dudes talk about game stuff without the marketing spin is pretty much why I come here as opposed to the bigger sites.

Super stoked to hear about Hot Scoops, Inc. and their first game.

I wasn't particularly fond of the original Bioshock, but the amount of praise people have heaped on Minerva's Den has me tempted to grab Bioshock 2 and just skip to playing the DLC.

Should have been called 'Duck Scoop.' Also they should fill the books with public domain novels to keep the realism.

Reminds me of Amnesia, but without the scariness (so far, anyway). I really enjoyed digging through drawers, reading old tomes, etc. in that game. Color me interested in this.

Weird crossover from RockPaperShotgun lately (I'm a big fan of them). I was just reading the most recent Day Z diary over there. If it weren't for the fact I need to buy Arma to play it, a game I have zero interest in, I'd be all over Day Z.

Would much rather have this on audio, not that I mean to sound spoilt. It's nice to be able to put things of this length on my Ipod and listen on the move.

Whatever format, these sort of things are great, any insight and commentary you can provide on the workings of the industry I will hoover up - just don't need to see you sat behind mics.
