I feel like @rorie wasn't the one being passive aggressive. Ian kept repeating "You're the DM, you can do what you want". It was really awkward to watch. But good for Rorie for sticking to his guns, he is the DM, he can do what he want. If he says "lightning strikes and kills everyone" that's what happens.

I was keeping track of AoO this time around, but I don't think that anyone got up close and then left the dragon's attack range? I could be wrong, though. Oh, yeah, I guess I forgot that spellcasting at immediate range should trigger an AoO...I'll try to get more on top of that next time around.

By my understanding in Pathfinder Core rules any movement(that is greater than a 5 foot shift, or not modified by a withdrawal/spring attack) within and out of a creatures threatened radius will provoke attacks of opportunity.

There might be a difference between what is stated in the beginner box rules and what the core game rulings are though. I personally really don't like that they have such significant discrepancies between the two, but c'est la vie I guess.

P.S. My 50 year old parents who had never played D&D before cleared this dungeon in about two and a half hours which is now a highly amusing comparison in retrospect.

I can't stop thinking just how much stupid fun Ryan would have playing this. Yeah, he may not like D&D type stuff, but the sheer goofiness "I don't care" mentality would be magic.

SO cringe-worthy when Ian argues with Rorie. Like, it's a stream in front of everybody who likes the site in good fun. I find it pretty selfish of him to keep arguing about being right.

The Last Canadians should go into hell, or Texas, to rescue Detroit Jones.

The "outcry" in the comments made me put of this episode for some while. Watching it now... That was nothing! It was a simple argument, nothing to get all heated over. It was a light argument about the rules, and it went by rather quickly. God, people can say the meanest and dumbest things sometimes (especially online).

Other than that though, great episode guys. I hope you get together for another one soon.

I'm still staring at my screen.. no Pathfinders are appearing...

We still want to do more but I think we want to wait until we have a new video producer on board. These shows take a lot of work to put together, so better to do it right!

Just became a new subscriber, I love all the gaming video but this series was a blast b/c it was quite a bit different from the norm but still had the same great personalities!
