For the uninformed.

Some of the higher Spartan callsigns are baffling, there should be none higher than about 150 according to the method by which Spartan-II's were assigned callsigns. Probably just a minor inconsistency, though I suppose it's possible it could be a second wave of the Spartan-II program or the Spartan-III program, although those both seem unlikely.

Noble 1 is also a callsign that's never been mentioned. It's definitely not Master Chief, so I wonder what is so important that they "Need to have it in the fight".
