Umm, did someone remake UT. If so how is it, does it resemble UT?

@GTCknight: The old version of this game is available free of charge for Windows/OS X/Linux (and the source code is available as well). Just google it and try it out yourself to see how much it resembles UT. The old version is by the way based on some Quake engine. One noticeable difference between the old and new Nexuiz is the animations and graphics in general.

relaax the butthurt they are mutators, like in the original Unreal tournament.

@AlphaJC: Either way they can't really win me over as I will always look down on this game because of its history.

Turning a community driven project into a commercial product, throwing aside the community that made the original. I find it to be even more ridiculous when you consider how much Nexuiz was bettered by what the community did for it.

Xonotic was founded as a fork project for the sole reason of giving back to the community what they had before; all because of what Vermeulen did with the original Nexuiz.

There's an announcer saying it in the original open source version, for some he switches the u and i there, he pronounces it "Nex-ee-us".

Really? this is spelled Nexuis and not Nexus.
