Really glad that this title is being released in English and I will definitely be downloading it today.

The game is actually really cool, one of the better Guild games.

He's enthusiastic, how can I say no?

God Bless the Japanese!

This seems cool!!!

What a terrific suit.

I always love the games where you don't play as the heroes, but as the support system for the heroes. I loved Dungeon Village and Recettear, so this game looks to fit in nicely with that group. Here's to hoping it does.

Posted by Accolade

Too enthusiastic of a presentation not to try.

Posted by Krataur

Oh, didn't know this game was from Level 5. Might check it out.

Posted by StarvingGamer

Fuck you where is Attack of the Friday Monsters! part 2?

Edited by Hailinel

Love that suit!

Posted by Itwastuesday

level 5 continue to be the secret stars of the 3ds eshop

Posted by ProfessorEss

That suit. That haircut.

But now I'm thinking about a game where you play as him and suddenly this game seems kind of dull.

Posted by JZ

You my man have sold me

Downloading right now

Posted by Benmo316

This seems interesting. I'll check it out.

And does this mean we're one step closer to seeing a game where you are the clean-up crew after a GTA-type event? I would love to see someone tackle that.

Posted by pekoe212

Heck yes I will try this. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Alex, I would not have known of its existence otherwise.

Edited by Draxyle

That suit looks like it was re-purposed from a couch made in the 70's; I want it.

Also, it's really cool to see Level-5 experimenting with smaller, oddball titles. I hope it's working out for them.

Edited by Homelessbird

This man is adorable. I will play his game.

Reminds me of Recettear . Sold!

Level 5? Check

Dude with overflowing enthuism? Check

Amazing suit? Check

Bowtie? HELL YA

Take my money now!

Edited by Slay3r1583

Oh man this is by the same people who did that that RPG that was D&D style where your characters were little figures and you rolled the dice and everything. I'm going to have to buy this.

Edited by PlasmaMachine

I have never gone from "Not really excited" to "You got me, I have to buy this" in a long time, and it feels good.

Edited by Crippl3

Is there a demo? Don't have my 3DS with me right now to check.

Posted by t3hgam3r

I had pretty much given up hope of this coming out over here, so I'm pretty damn excited that it did. We need more games that revolve around smithing!

Edited by Lonely_Ogre

That actually looks pretty fun! Too bad I don't have a 3DS anymore :/

Posted by steelknight2000

We need more Japanese comedians selling things to us in America.

Think of how many more WiiU's would fly off store shelves if Downtown was pitching for them!

Edited by moondogg

This just makes me wonder what Japanese stand up is like.

Posted by MeatSim

I wanna work at the Bowtie Shop and make masterpiece Bowties.

Posted by Zaxex

I bought this game, and I'd recommend it to pretty much anyone. It's damn funny considering it's presumably translated from Japanese. GB should Quick Look this - Jeff in particular may well find it hilarious.

That was my thought as well! As a bonus, I have a feeling the tone/characters of this Level-5 game will be far less grating than Recettear (which I liked, but could have used some improvement in that department).

Nintendo keeps giving me all these random eShop games that I never think will get released in the West, and then they do, and then I have to buy them so they know it's a good idea, but I don't have enough time to play them!!! *takes a breath* (e.g., Inazuma Eleven from the other day, and basically all of Level-5's random eShop experiments, although the latter are short enough that I have had time to play them)

The answer is: Hilarious!

Also bizarre.

Posted by banicabolnica

Looks interesting but still ... not for me. :)

Posted by Dick_Mohawk

Didn't Ryan or Vinny have the idea of being a shop keeper in a world of heroic adventurers wwwaaaaaaaay back?

Anyhoo, looks good and fun :)

Posted by DrBeardface

@dick_mohawk The game Recetear is basically the same thing, and that came out a couple years ago.

How much do it cost?

Posted by CrocBox

Fuuuuuuck I really wanna play this now. Pretty into the idea of playing as someone other than the ragtag band of heroes in an RPG, I just wish Recettear's difficulty didn't spike so hard after like a month.

Of course it doesn't have a demo. :/

Edited by SteamRickroller

I'm just want to get this out of the way: if you have a 3DS that's connected to the internet, you need to buy this game RIGHT NOW! It's so incredibly awesome. It's packed to the brim with wit and awesome characters and the weapon making mechanic is fucking ace (if very frustrating, at times). This is a brilliant love letter to RPGs, and anyone who gives a damn about them is going to love this.

So, what are you waiting for? BUY IT!!

Crimson Shroud?

Edited by BBAlpert

I never thought I'd see the day, but someone may have finally topped Paul Barnett in "holy shit you guys, seriously, check out this game we made" enthusiastic pitches.

I love that video.

Posted by Veektarius

I'm trying to imagine what a Japanese stand-up routine would be like and I just imagining furrowing my brow in confusion a lot.

Posted by BenderUnit22

Is this basically Recettear?

Basically you have two guys talking really fast. One guy says a lot of dumb things, and the other guys yells at him and whacks him.
