I wouldn't mind an Endurance Run with MK Mythologies: Sub Zero

I caught this live already but it is a glorious little feature. Like other mentioned already: this could be well worth having a (semi-)regular feature since I enjoyed it greatly and even though I'm an MK fan I hadn't ever seen some of the titles on display. So many cool things happen with GB even during a week during which the site is down most of the time, awesome!

So did this air last week and not go up till now? Not that it matters, just curious.

I must say that I pretty surprised at how not terrible MK:DA looks.

I finally took a break from the new MK game to watch this, and I am glad I did. I checked out of the series around MK4, so it was nice to see how the games have evolved and what has carried over. Great feature, Brad and Jeff.

I'd personally love it if they did a new mortal kombat trilogy/kompilation (MK:DA, MK:D and Armageddon) on 360/ps3. I like those games but they're a bit screwy emulated plus the controller somehow doesn't translate well (360).

Somehow this video passed me by.  Just finished watching, really enjoyed it. I was a bit bummed that they didn't play MK4 though, I know it's not the best MK but I played a lot of it in the arcade and on my PS1.

This may be my favorite video feature on this site. God bless MK Trilogy. Sad to see Special Forces didn't make it in time. 
 
Shaolin Monks needs some love though. Best spinoff MK game easily (although like Jeff I didn't mind the Sub-Zero game).  Too bad Armageddon wasn't present as well, the opening movie is pretty fantastic.

No one's more authentic than Adema.

Just finished watching this. I stopped after Mortal Kombat II and just got back into the series with the latest release (which I love), so it was pretty awesome to watch and see what the series has done over the years.

Edit: Actually, I have more to say. I want to see more series' retrospectives like this. A casual approach just like this video. Sure, not many series have a storied history like this franchise. But there is potential. This is probably the third time I've watched this video. Love it.

Easily one of the best videos on GB.
