@mcfart: I'm pretty sure Vinny has said in the past that he wanted to play it but didn't have time to put 100 hours into it thus the endurance run.

I would rather get an Android box over the Vita TV, if only for XBMC/Kodi and emulators (the Dreamcast emulator, reicast, works pretty well - been playing Shenmue on it!).

That P4G segment was awesome. Makes me want to watch the ER again.

Of course Vinny liked it. Perhaps not as much as Jeff, but he definitely likes Persona 4.

This is why I never finished P4G. I don't want to start over, but Persona 4 is on PS3 for like $9.99. I've been thinking about it... I'm not sure if Persona 4 on PSN is the same as Persona 4 GOLDEN on Vita, though. I think it is?

@r3beld0gg: It's not the same, for the record. P4G has significantly more content and side-activities, different voice work, new music and gameplay elements, and touched up graphics. The version of P4 on the PS2 classics section is the vanilla version of P4 released in 2008. Still great, though.

They're basically the same game, tho. Golden's just an "GOTY" edition with a shitty Chie voice actor.

Unless you wanna spend 80 hrs, just watch the best moments of the ER videos.

Should have fired up Killzone Mercs on the PSTV, undoubtedly the best looking game on the system, and it still looks really good blown up on my 32" TV.

I want a Royals baseball shirt because I think baseball shirts are rad (they're like mini jackets), I got a free Yankees one but fuck the Yankees. I want a Bo Jackson Royals one especially. It just seems like it is hard to get that, is there a way to get a new shirt but have his name & number print on it?

Dan is wearing a Royals shirt. As a long-time suffering Orioles fan, I don't know if I should like him for his team finally getting to the World Series again, or hate his team for sweeping mine.

It makes me so happy that Jeff grew a real appreciation for Persona 4. His enthusiasm totally came through during that segment.

Wow, Borderlands looks horrible. I really don't get the point of this thing, especially for games that already exist on the playstation.

Weird that Dan and Jeff were both in agreement about MK on the Vita. While MK on the Vita played great, graphically, it looked like a very simple PS2 game and it looked especially worse when you compare it to other Vita fighting games such as Street Fighter X Tekken or Marvel Vs Capcom 3.

So as I was heading out the door to buy one of these things, I noticed that it had HDCP and had to stop in my tracks. Sony, the Kings of Deal Breakers.

Without being able to stream for Extra Life I can't get it... anyone know a way to get around it?

I am guessing that GB figured it out through several complicated methods but all I have is an Elgato.

VF3 TB wasn't all that great. However, it had a first-person fighting mode that was pretty amazing at the time. I enjoyed it on my dreamcast.

I'm going to be honest, I've watched the Endurance Run multiple times, played through the game several times myself, and reading your last sentence is the first time I've ever heard words in that song. I really just thought it was a foreign language or random nonsense. Mind blown here.

This cheap splitter bypassed the HDCP perfectly and allowed for capturing.

However, that being said, I am getting zero value from the purchase as I've barely even started the PSTV after checking the bypass solution.

I'm kinda late to the party on this, but I feel this is a perfect way for me to play Freedom Wars using a PS4 controller. My hands weren't made to use a Vita and do the precise controls needed to do things in that game. With the recent price drop, why the F not?

Did this video ever get translated into a written list of "Yes", "No", or "Kinda"? I appreciate the approach, but today watching through this for a specific game is not great.
