I'm not sold on the stealth portion of this game. Without any HUD or in-world display elements, stealth seems like it would be pretty frustrating.

Dat foliage tech tho

This guy gets his ankle half chewed off then proceeds to leap over a group of zombies immediately afterwards. Is he some sort of half-infected freak, like Alice from Resident Evil? With the "Night Sense", seemingly inexhaustible stamina, and being able to slow time when he turns his head to look behind himself. That last one will keep this from being multiplayer. :(
