Atleast they've got classic HBK in this. I didn't play last year's entry, but I can't remember the last time they had HBK's 90's attire in one of these without me having to use the CAW feature.

So, atleast that's something. I guess.

IF they had of made a promo video detailing how awesome it would be to re-live the Rock and Sock Connection era, I'd be all over this.

DX of the Attitude Era and DX of 2006 are 2 completely different things. Because they weren't allowed to be edgy in 2006, they were made at that point to please the kids. The DX of the 90s was actually good.

Reliving the Attitude Era through the soccer mom, family friendly, PG censorship eyes from nowadays... yeah, just like presenting Ol' Dirty Bastard, DMX or Eazy-E while running Justin Bieber, Katy Perry or Miley Cyrus songs in the background.

Fortunately it appears that they've decided Chyna never existed as well.

DX for me will ALWAYS be HHH, HBK and Chyna. That's when DX was at it's rawist form.....just like the when the NWO was only Hall, Nash and Hogan

Say what you will, some of the classic attitude era entrance songs were bad ass and its one of the biggest things I miss when I stumble upon just how fucking awful wrestling is now.

This game looks pretty decent. I hoped they revamped universe mode.

I like how most of the DX clips are from 2006 and THQ, I'm pretty sure Billy & Chuck were the most controversial group in the WWE.

I still like Triple H & Shawn Michaels, but another wrestling game... meh. Maybe when they go back to the Wrestlemania 2000 model.

Oh I remember these dudes! I'm sure I had a few shirts too.. lost somewhere. I miss these wrestling days.. I think once I went into 9th grade I stopped watching. Now I have ZERO idea on who the fuck the guys are much less whats going on.

I can see the game really embraces the history of WWE, that's for sure....

Thing is X-Pac/1-2-3 Kid WAS excellent. Yeah, DX was pretty shitty but Kid was great. Even had a fantastic match with El Generico last year. 40 year old dude & he already took a top rope brainbustaaaaaah

Shame this game doesn't have current "4 strands of hair left" Shawn Michaels though.
