The NGP looks okay but that trailer was just an assault of the eyes

This makes even less sense than those creepy baby commercials for the PS3. I thought that wasn't possible.

that tells us almost nothing, and i kind of want to hit those actors in the face. not helpful when the rumored price of the system (on gamestop.com, anyway) is a thousand bucks. leave it to sony to completely screw up the marketing videos for their new system. at least they're not trying to advertise this one with eggs and creepy ass babies and bleeding chess pieces...

I learnt nothing about the NGP from these 2 minutes.

I'm not smart enough to understand it. 
Someone want to explain all the symbolism, allegories, etc. to me in layman's terms? 
 
I like the part where you can just pick up cute women from the street.  That feature doesn't cost extra does it?

Ah Sony, you crazy, crazy bastards. Here I was thinking "well, this could almost be sane with that dude and the menu around him".  Gosh, I hope one day they advertise their stuff in a way that will actually increase sales...

Clearly, the creative advertising team was on a very high dosage of narcotics when they came up with/agreed to make that ad.

Looks like PSP2 or PSPhone is going to get some on-the-go network stuff. 
 
They covered that on the Bombcast already. 
 
Anyways, Sony always does the weirdest things to show a feature or console. Look at all those weird European ads.

Way to not even show the device Sony. 

This told me a lot about the system.  Very informative.

This tells me nothing on how awesome the console actually is. They have a great handheld her and they are wasting their time with these types of commercials.

After watching this video I'm still not sure if they were trying to get people interested in their product, or trying to drive them away....

I don't know which is more of a mystery, the fact that the Sony advertising team thought this was anything more than ironically amusing, or that the actors so readily sacrificed their dignity to be a part of it.

wait... they don't even show it? that's pretty bad, I didn't like this it made me feel less pumped about it now.... I got trophies and tilting from it (which trophies yay, tilting meh). I'll still buy one after a price drop or after I see some reviews of it.
