The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Are Coming Out of the Shadows This Summer

You know there's a new Ninja Turtles cartoon that just premiered on Nickelodeon like, two months ago, right? And it's actually not bad, either.

I am totally lost as to why they're using these creepy realistic Turtles designs and not the ones from the new cartoon, though.

Screw that out of the shadows crap. They need to come OUT OF THEIR SHELLS again.

I have sweet spot for TNMNT, but this doesn't look so promising.

Shredder was..not Splinter...

Splinter and Shredder were from space in the cartoon series from the early to mid 2000's.

@mezmero: the IDW comics? I'm hoping you mean the Mirage comics, IDW is not bad, but it is certainly not "gritty" added to it that nothing has happened in it, certainly not anything videogame/any kind of adaptation material.

I love TMNT, but... urgh.

As an avid TMNT I remain luke warm about this. But I'd love nothing more for this to be pretty awesome.

A gritty Arkham Asylum-esque Turtles game could have been cool but only if it was based on the IDW comics. Don't get me wrong I love the current cartoon and the older ones too. I just don't think those stories are worth telling in a video game.

It's got Nickelodeon's name on it, so I'm not skeptical...
