This actually looks better than I originally expected, but it's still not enough to garner any kind of excitement for the WiiU. Then again, I'd be silly to think a zombie survival game would really turn out to be the WiiU's killer app... or would I?

The idea of an first person zombie survival roguelike is actually a pretty good one, but all the WiiU stuff looks really awful and pointless. Anyone have any idea as to how long it will take developers to stop doing stupid gimmicks with the tablet? It took the Wii-mote what, 3 years?

Using the tablet to look down a scope seems incredibly unintuitive.

When i saw in less than 10 seconds when you pick up a health pack w/o hand motion is all i need to know how generic this is.

Watched the first minute or so and it looks like Dead Island, only with jerkier/quicker motions.

Hate the controller mechanics, having to look at the tablet so often.

The game is British so it would make more sense for them to have a cricket bat as a weapon than a baseball bat.

Do you actually know anything about this game? If you consider a cross between dark souls and dead rising with a few other things thrown in the mix generic I don't know how to help you, seriously.

And yes, this will definitely be exclusive, at least for quite a while.

I wasn't really hyped for this game before, that video sort of unhyped me even more, but I guess it makes sense for the market.  Wii owners never had Left 4 Dead, Dead Rising, or Dead Island, so this will be something new for them, if they make this jump.

I don't get where this British bad teeth thing comes from. Of course the old and the weird have bad teeth but surely that's worldwide?

A game with English accents! Finally, it's been too long since the last opportunity for people to confuse every person with any kind of English accent ever!

@jayjonesjunior:The whole "yellow teeth" thing came about in the lat 18 century. Because sailors didn't have good means to maintain their oral hygiene teeth would eventually turn yellow. Ship board grog wasn't really the most friendly food for the teeth and rum can just dissolve teeth. That's where this whole premise came from. Now I'm under the illusion that the royal navy has a high level of dentistry aboard their vessels.
