I found this physically uncomfortable and disorienting. Something about having a flat screen at the bottom corner to go along with raw footage made me dizzy.

I liked the video. Standing in on place for thirty minutes makes my feet hurt. Toward the end Been looked uncomfortable.

yeah plus probably too much work to set up all the cameras and mics and stuff for a half hour video that pretty much boiled down to "every indy game is still coming to the switch, plus here's this truly haunted looking pikachu game, mario tennis, and a ten second smash bros teaser"

I wish I had more reason to want weak ports of games I've already played. i don't need the switch for on the go gaming, working from home lately. Big exclusives and puyo puyo (didn't come to xbox in NA) have been the only thing I've used it for. Loved Zelda, got bored of Mario, glad it's doing well but afraid of the focus on peripherals coming in again.

I still find it weird that the original Crash Bandicoot games are coming to a Nintendo platform. I'm one of those people, yup.

Saw so many negative reactions on the web to this direct. To me it was really good, some new stuff some ports sure, Wii U didn't have a huge install base but it had great games so I welcome ports of the best Wii U games, it's a good thing. Switch has plenty of new games, it's not gonna be only ports, come on, can't please everyone I guess no matter what is shown, I did not expect megatons like at E3, so it was a decent direct!

A lot of things stand out in this video.

Brad just sitting with his back to the camera not really contributing.

The dude that keeps awkwardly standing behind Ben and walking away (and also leaning over a promotional arcade style console game randomly every now and then) only to come back again and again -- No offense to the guy, just seemed a bit odd. Who are you duder!?

Ofc the fact that it was filmed camera to video.

But mostly, is @rorie the GB postman on top of everything else?

@doncabesa: I can sympathize with that. For me, even though I have a Wii U, I missed out on Captain Toad. Also, I have yet to get a version of Okami or Dark Souls. So the port train is welcome to me.

Here's to hoping that Mario Tennis and Octopath Traveler turn out well!

I agree. My Switch would never stop being used if D3 was on it.

Really love the look of that game, it's sadly just not my thing. But that art style man.

Everytime I see something Splatoon related I really want to get into Splatoon, but it just doesn't click with me.

Octopath Traveler looks great, I enjoyed the demo. Mario Tennis looks like a lot of fun too.

E3 is going to be focus on Smash, maybe new Animal Crossing, and a first look at Metroid, right?

I´ve never played either Mario Tennis or Golf but people talk fondly enough of the old ones that I always pay some attention when they announce a new one. It usually ends up not being exciting enough for me to jump on, but seeing a breakdown of the mechanics of this Switch tennis one I´m, at this moment, the most likely I´ve ever been to try one of these out.

The promise of a decent amount of singleplayer content along with what seems like a fair amount of mechanical complexity went a long way.
