Favorite game ever. WayForward is probably one of the most inspiring studios to me.

One of the best games for the 3DS, probably will be the same on WiiU. (Did Patrick get stuck there at the end?)

Why are they hating on the the game's look? I think it looks great. Would someone actually want a game like this to not look cartoony?

So in the 3DS version, Patrick and Jeff really like the art and enjoy the gameplay. Then Ryan says that he doesn't like the art of the Wii U version (which for all intents and purposes looks nicer and sharper) and all of a sudden, Patrick says he likes the gameplay which is making him get past how bad the art is. That's sad...

I'm not getting the hate on the sound effects and art style. I think it looks and sounds fantastic and I wish it was on more systems(other than the DS) as I don't have any plans to buy a Wii U until Bayonetta 2 ships.

@momofire: I think it's a little too clean to look as good on a large television than it does on a smaller handheld screen (where such clarity is more important). Probably a case of too many seams showing up in HD.

I think the game still looks awesome, and the soundtrack is uhh-mazin (I'm listening to it at work right now).

These characters sort of reek Paul Robertson, they just don't seem hyper-animated enough.

The voice work (mostly through repetitiveness) seems to be an issue.

What was that? Within a 10-minute quick look, Patrick did a complete 180 on the game's art.

What's wrong with the way this game looks? I think it looks great, personally.

I imagine being a 'serious games journalist' is not unlike being on a quiz show. Every contestant is presented with an idea and the first one to identify it as SEXIST wins. You win if you realize that everything involving a woman, ranging from the earnest to the trivial, is sexist.

I'm glad to see some of these comments here. The bandwagon of overreaching on sexism is annoying. Shame that Patrick went from like to dislike between the 3DS Quick Look and the Wii U live stream, because it is the same game, but nicer looking.

I prefer the look of the 3DS version, it's a great game though, either way; really difficult if you're going for the time challenges.
