RPGs where the character and enemies don't animate to attack each other breaks the game for me.

Jut got to the end and it's too bad Patrick's headset blocked the dance his Mom was doing in the door behind him. lol

I backed Paper Sorcerer on Kickstarter and forgot that it was actually coming out soon, funnily enough.

I's been delayed so many times that not knowing of it's actual release is kinda understandable. The developer hasn't been all that active in posting updates either, last I saw was that he was about to launch the beta soon-ish, but it's good to see it shaping up, still looks like it could be great.

All the games this week were...weird. Paper Sorceror looked rad, though it was maybe a little text/RPG heavy compared to what Patrick is used to playing on this feature.

I really want to like Kingdoms, but at a certain point the AI of the little minions is just frustratingly bad? Like, as soon as you build outward from the center keep, you're boned, because the archers group themselves nonsensically, so even though you have like 20 archers, there are only 4-5 near your outer wall shooting at enemies. Also, once that outer wall obviously falls, A) you lose like a zillion dollars since the wall took a bunch of money to build, and B) you lose most or all of the money it took to convert those guys into your minions then give them a class. It seems like the only way to win is to just never expand, and only build the walls right by the keep, then just build a zillion archers and they'll all stay near the center.

As soon as you start to expand, you're just setting yourself up for a huge loss that you'll never recover from because the "economy" in that game is super strange (2 coins from the keep at sunrise for no obvious reason? I think guards can hold money for you that they get by killing bunnies, and you collect it from them when you touch them? worker minions can tend to crops, but crops take FOREVER and only earn you like 3 coins per harvest?).

I just played One Last Dance for the Capitalist Pigs. It wasn't bad.I just simply DL'd it and did not see Pat's. A little surreal but it actually communicates pretty well. It's loosely based on Animal Farm...or maybe influenced a better term. The Matrix and some soft porn movie I don't know about is in there, also. I took to the art design. Basically adventure and puzzles.

Damn, Paper Sorcerer has a pretty kicking soundtrack!

The thing with this feature: Often the games don't actually seem "Worth Playing" but they're totally worth seeing Patrick play. :P

Played and finished One Last Dance for the Capitalist Pigs. It's super short and the premise is good. I like the visuals but the fact that it basically has no sound makes it really boring to play. You can tell it's just one guy who made the game. So yeah, I though it was decent at least.

That table game is the funniest thing I've seen this week.

A shame patrick didn't delve more into the final game, some interesting puzzle mechanics and reminded me of how much I enjoyed the simple art styles of gravity bone/30 flights. Kingdom suffered from some terrible AI as mentioned in previous comments and the ability to quite easily trap yourself with one bad run and have to F5 to have a chance of completing 10 days

Could the chicken's name be Marx? As in Karl Marx, y'know.

Anyone know who did the soundtrack for Paper Sorcerer? That music is so dope.
