    Zynga is perhaps best known for it's Ville franchise, the success of FarmVille and other similar games prompted the company to expand it's range of titles. Games in this franchise are known for being functionally similar although the titles differ not only in story and context, but in some instances have features unique to the title.

    Ville games can be found as Facebook applications or on standalone websites, as is the case for Farmville.
