    History

    Warden Ranken is the Warden of Iron Heights Penitentiary. He took Killer Croc and experimented on him. He was trapped inside a door and was rescued by Batman shortly before Croc took him. After Batman and Nightwing defeated Killer Croc, they turned Ranken and Croc in to the GCPD in separate jail cells.
