Overview
Warhammer Underworlds: Online is a dark-fantasy turn-based strategy game developed and published digitally by Steel Sky Productions for the PC on April 21, 2020. It was originally released in Steam Early Access on January 28, 2020.
It is a direct adaptation of the competitive board game Warhammer Underworlds, itself set in the "Age of Sigmar" setting of the high-fantasy Warhammer universe. Players choose from several "warbands" (small groups of elite infantry units), and maneuver them around a hexagonal-grid board as they earn glory by eliminating opponents, capturing objective points, and fulfilling their secret objectives. The game utilizes a deckbuilding system, allowing players to customize both their Power Deck (for upgrades and abilities) and their Objective Deck (for secret objectives).
