Wartile

Wartile is game developed by Playwood Project. It is set in the time of the vikings and the players gets to control a warband of norsemen. What makes Wartile recognizable is its look. The game makes use of diorama maps, creating battlemaps which look like a miniature board game. This is also supported by the fact that the troops on the battlefield are actual figurines.

While it looks like being a turn based game, Wartile uses a system described as Cool-Down based combat. Every unit has its own cooldown timer. If it fills up, the player (or the enemy) can make another turn with this specific unit. This results in a simultaneous turn for all involved factions.

In addition to this, the player can make use of godly cards during the combat, for example to heal a unit or to spawn another one.
