Buy a used Wii U and get free games?

So it turns out that if you buy a Wii U used there is a chance there are free games, a user of Neogaf reported that after buying a used console he was able to download a few games off the Eshop that a user before had downloaded. Even though the user had wiped data and everything clean, so hey, Nintendo kinda fucked up again?

@DarthOrange: I wonder if staff at the stores would catch on to this and start doing weird deals like "This Wii U will cost more because it has New Super Mario Bros U already installed!"

I wonder when somebody stumbles upon some super crude Miiverse/Messaging penis drawings on a used system and Fox news or the british "press" makes a big fuss about it.

On topic: The Wii U shopping/profile experience seems poorly thought out.
