    So I emailed Milestone to figure out what was up with the North American releases of this game:

    Thanks for your message and support.

    Unfortunately it is not possible for Milestone to publish directly in North

    America: a local publisher is needed to work with us. We are currently

    looking for a publisher, but no final agreements have been reached yet.

    The Wiki currently lists March 8, 2013 USA releases on the the Xbox 360 Games Store and Playstation Network which never took place.
