    A hacker with a punk aesthetic who is almost never seen without his expressive mask on, or jackets covered in spikes. He is one of DedSec's biggest hackers in California due to his devil-may-care attitude, to the point where Horatio suspects him of being a federal agent trying to entrap the group at first. However, he puts his hacking skills and physical prowess on a single-minded quest to destroy Blume and ctOS.

    Wrench becomes a playable character in the Watch Dogs: Legion DLC, Bloodlines.
