I tried downloading daggerfall this morning, an hour later i checked to see if it was finished and found that it was pending at 1%, when i clicked the button to download now i got an error and now when i look at the market place i just have place holder images and the words " no content available" is anyone else getting this?

It's the same on the Xbox website.  It shows up, but when you click it you get sent to a page with Oops on it.

Marketplace is down according to eurogamer.

Daggerdale comes out today as well. Balls!

Anytime I tried to select anything earlier it would either load forever or give me one of those error messages. I just thought it was my internet being dumb but I guess not.

Just watch the link below then load up XBLA menu page when all is green (also waiting for Daggerdale & noticed a Mars table for Pinball Fx2 but having to wait on both).

insert random sony fanboy thing to say as a payback for all the things xbox fanboys said doing the psn downtime posts  
but to be honest i think and hope for all xbox users that this is fixed soon and is only a minor thing 
but if steam goes next there is something really really wrong. ARMAGEDDON

to be fair, it seems every 2-3 days recently the marketplace isnt available for numerous hours. starting to get on my nerves 

NOOOOOOOOO first the sony network gets attacked by hackers then SOE Gets attacked then the Norwegian military get attacked
