    History

    The Yokian Fleet Commander was hired by King Goobot the fifth to oversee his fleet. One day, he reported sightings of a rebel base that is against Yokus. However, his lieutenant found a signal from Jimmy Neutron. He ordered his fleet to find Jimmy Neutron as soon as possible. Once his lieutenant found Carl Wheezer, he destroyed his lieutenant's shell and hired another one to find Jimmy. He instead found Cindy Vortex, who knows where Jimmy is. Once he encountered Jimmy Neutron, he sent one of his guards to take away Jimmy, but failed. He decided to let Jimmy and his friends free, but warned Jimmy that it wouldn't be the last time they see each other.
