    Overview

    Zwift is a multiplayer exercise game that uses pedal cycles, "turbo trainers" and power meters to move an avatar in the game. The game combines the power or cadence data with the player's claimed weight to calculate the in-game speed. When paired with a "smart trainer" the game can control the resistance of the trainer, simulating gradients and providing realistic feedback to the player.

    Riders and runners in Zwift can participate in group activities and races.
