    Overview

140 was an official entrant in the 15th annual Independent Game Festival. The game was nominated for, and won, the award for Excellence in Audio, and received an honorable mention in Technical Excellence.

Game design and programming was done by Jeppe Carlsen, Jakob Schmid created the music and sound, and Niels Fyrst and Andreas Peitersen are credited for having done the "shapes and colors."

The game features a series of 'levels' though they are not presented in a traditional way - the game features no in-play text or guidance. Each level must also be completed in a single sitting - quitting out resets progress to the beginning of a level. Completion of a level allows access to the following level.

The game also features a 'hardcore' mode after completion allowing players to attempt each level with only a single life (normal play uses checkpoints and allows infinte lives).

In June 2017 the game received a free update with an extra level, simultaneous with the release of the official soundtrack.
