Alan Wake's Cynthia Weaver sounds exactly like DP's Sigourney, does anyone know if it's the same?

would that be the lamp lady and the log lady? I don't think so, both actresses are just pulling off the "crazy old lady" voice

I think it's just her archetype, crotchety old lady.  She's voiced more as a caricature than as a character, easily replicated by any voice actress with half a brain.

I thought the exact same thing when I played, but I doubt they're the same actress. Also interesting that both of those characters together are Sigourney Weaver.

I was pretty sure that Sheriff Breaker was Kimberly Brooks, of Ashley Williams (Mass Effect), Anna Grimsdottir (Splinter Cell Conviction), Oracle (Batman Arkham Asylum), Lanaya (Dragon Age Origins), Faith (Dead to Rights Retribution) recent fame.  But alas.
