Almalexia is a goddess of Vvardenfall, one of the three deities worshipped by Tribunal, the Dark Elf religion. She resides in Mournhold, the capital city of Morrowind.

Caius Cosades is a Grand Spymaster for the "Blades", the main quest/story begins with him.

M'aiq is a character in both Elder Scrolls III, IV, V, and ESO. In III he was a popular NPC who provided one bit of truthful information, and in IV and V he provides some comic relief for players who have played previous Elder Scrolls games. He is Bethesda's Gary Stu.
Lord Indoril Nerevar reborn. As the plot in Morrowind progresses, the player finds out more about his/her surprising role in it and reveals facts that will rewrite the history of the Dunmer people.
Sheogorath is the life and soul to the expansion pack for the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Shivering Isles. He also has a presence in other Elder Scrolls games as a daedric lord.

Umbra is a powerful Orc warrior who has named himself after his sword, which is a powerful artifact. He stands in the hills near Suran, filled with regret, and longs to die a warrior's death.
Lord Vivec the Poet is one of the three Immortal God-Kings of Morrowind, a Pillar of the Tribunal, and the patron of Artists and Rogues. Vivec was the most gallant knight and the most subtle rogue of the First Council.
