@brad I'm making my way through the FF games, long story, as a kid in Europe the first FF released was Mystic Quest, and the first numbered entry we got was VII. I played FFI a few years back, but never really understood what the deal with the games between 6 and 1 is.

We didn't really get any of the big SNES RPG's in Europe (Mario RPG/all the numbered FF's/Chronotrigger/etc) one the reasons piracy was so rife, is that the delay between JP and US release was often doubled for the EU version to the point where America had Super Mario World two days after Europe launched Super Mario Bros 3.

I do not envy the staff trying to simultaneously catch up on GOTY contenders and play Q4 releases while juggling site content and have personal lives on top of it all. What are you simulating in simulation driven wrestling games? Coherent reversal heavy back and forth matches that resemble real life contests as best they can be as opposed to a chaotic spamfest nature more akin to fighting games. Both styles can be great fun and the more varied representations of the "sport", the better...as long as they're good, which 2K20 unfortunately doesn't seem to be.

Regarding potential EA remasters from the Genesis era, first and foremost gimme Mutant League Football as that spiritual successor Mutant Football League wasn't very good. Just gimme the same game with updated visuals, sound, and maybe vary up the teams a bit more.

Sounded like you guys did not know that you can play your PS4 guardian on PC/Steam in Destiny 2. You just have to set it up here https://www.bungie.net/7/en/CrossSave .So you don't have to start all over from the beginning on PC. Your guardians, loot, triumphs and even all purchased content follows over. I might have missed the part. As I was biking home when listening to it. If so sorry.

I just started playing Witcher 3 a week or so ago, and thought that the first time I pressed the touch pad on the DS4 it had brought the nap right up, but then I kept having to choose map after getting into the menu, like in GTA 5, which is irritating. Thanks to Brad for mentioning that you can slide up to open the map directly. I wish every game defaulted to map instead of a menu, overall it cuts down on button presses.

No, it's not "rich" or "ironic" for the citizens of one country to criticise the oppressive government of another country, even if both governments have spotty human-rights records. Saying, "you should shut up because your government - which you may or may not support - is dirty" is equivalent to saying, "no one should ever question corrupt authority".

About the whole Fortnite thing and how it dropped hints around for something big happening which people are apparently taking notes of, i present you FF14. The whole world got nuked by a moon which from very early you saw. People knew there was something wrong for ages but never knew what, then slowly that thing got bigger and bigger. So yea, FF14 did it waaaay before Fortnite.

Why is the video version often so quiet? The audio version is fine, but the video version I need to turn up my computer volume for sometimes.

So exactly what is the PS5 SSD packing if it's to actually "eliminate" loading times? I've been running a faster M.2 NVME in my PC for a while now, and they're still there. I realize that sometimes there are processor bottlenecks due to a lot of game files just being in large chunks, but that would still be an issue on a console with a modern processor.

Not only that, but so far they've demoed what, a PS4 game? Not only is that "just loading a PS4 game", but it's a game with assets created with the PS4's specs in mind. Once devs learn this sytem and start designing assets for its hardware, we'll be right back where we were.

Some day humanity will be sufficiently pure to handle the revolution. Just gotta keep trying, amirite?
