So I'm catching up on my Assassin's Creed! Just finished AC2 (I bought it the week it came out! Doh) and moved onto Brotherhood.

Does the DLC slot into the story and is it relevant on your initial playthrough? Or is it something I should pick up afterwards? What I mean is, are the missions slotted into the main game (as they were in AC2) or are they a separate entity? Thanks Bombers!

Nope, the DaVinci Disappearance one can be played at any time, it doesn't really tie into the main story. I think might even be chronologically placed slightly into the future from when the main story ends.
