When Gotham City's slums have been transformed into a secluded super-prison, it's up to Batman to uncover its conspiracy in the sequel to 2009's Batman: Arkham Asylum.
Say what you will about these games you can't argue that both Arkham Asylum and Arkham City have some of the best easter eggs. I mean they hid the plans for the sequel in the original game behind a wall!! I'm still kind of impressed by that.
after you beat the game, go to the iceberg lounge. there's a group of three thugs on the right side of the flooded room and i've heard them talk about what's possible for the next "arkham." it was pretty cool.
@Edwardryu: Just in case this was a serious post, Joker's baby (assuming it was him that impregnated Harley) would be like, three years old by the next game, barring comic book mischief. Not a likely super villain.

I think we will get one more game with the current Batman and then it will jump to Batman Beyond where Joker's son can take over his role.
