At some point in the game, you receive a call that some allies of yours have found a new piece of technology that could benefit you. Go find them and pick it up.

Heh, seems like my problem with almost everything in this game has been not doing enough side missions. Still sort of disappointed in Rocksteady. I feel that following the main path should not put me in a position of walking over a room full of mines.
