While the Juicygoose is instinctively a sentry bird, its aggressiveness can result in tussles with the very Piñata it evolves from. It also frightens off Newtgats, making it tricky to indulge the Juicygoose's appetite.
Piñata Island pet shops cater equally to Kittyfloss and Barkbark lovers, but don't try to raise both at once. In fact the Kittyfloss has an aversion to many species, from Squazzils to Shellybeans.
Evolved from the Lickatoad in a daredevil fashion involving a poison berry and shovel, the Lackatoad is very much its own creature with its own distinct likes (Arocknids) and dislikes (Salamangos, fences).
The game is almost over and there are 5 turns left. The Mario Party franchise used this concept to give out the current scores and a new twist is added. This appears in all games (except Mario Party Advance and Mario Party-e).
Some species like to remain inconspicuous, but the Lickatoad is a prominent presence in the garden as it hustles Newtgats and tries to survive in a world of predatory Syrupents and Crowlas.
The egg-thieving Sour Macaraccoon sees the error of its ways once tamed, and will try to reimburse you by hunting for goodies outside the garden. It's also a dab hand at keeping Syrupent populations under control.
Particularly unhelpful in its Sour form as it scares off visitors, and pigs might fly before you're able to tame it. However, manage that and you'll earn yourself a loyal Mallowolf pet and defender against Ruffians.
Milk's importance in the self-sufficient lifestyle makes the Moozipan a popular domestic Piñata. It doesn't hurt that it's almost criminally easy to keep - no diva demands here, some grass and flowers will do fine.
Nocturnal Mothdrops make undemanding residents, and keeping them around can also attract an array of other species from Sherbats to Galagoogoos. Sadly, this process rarely ends too well for the Mothdrops.
Much is made of the Mousemallow's hearing and the edge it provides against predators. Then again, it has no escape plan beyond 'run' - and for Syrupent and Kittyfloss families to thrive, sacrifices must be made!
The frilly, trilling Newtgat is a general pond favourite, sharing many traits with its nemesis the Lickatoad: a penchant for puddle-hopping, a low rank on the food chain and some interesting evolutionary potential.
Characters that are overweight have more body fat than normal for their race, or at least look it. A character that is overweight may or may not have great strength.
Friend to the grizzled sea cap'n but also a dedicated jungle bird, which seems to cause remarkably few issues. Tropical fruit is the key to Parrybo residence, but romancing is a whole other piratical kettle of fish.
Games that are arguably the most fun in a "party" scenario with multiple players in one room.
The tragic figure of the Pigxie, a magical product of Piñata crossbreeding shunned by its parent species. Give it a new home a safe distance away, and work on raising your garden value to make it feel special.
They're just so much fun to whack, unless of course you just spent countless hours trying to get that damn Swanana and Rashberry together to romance dance and make you that precious (yet oddly deformed) Pigxie
Surprisingly surly for a domestic Piñata, the Ponocky must have taken on characteristics of the precocious tykes most likely to get one for a birthday present. Best to keep your Ponocky happy, fenced off or both...
Some Piñatas can't help the way they are. The dusk- dwelling Pretztail may make hard work of your early Piñata rearing with a huge appetite for Quackberries, Cluckles and Bunnycombs, but there's no malice in it.
"Jack of all trades, master of none" describes the Quackberry perfectly. It can walk, fly, and swim, but not particularly well. It just can't lose that waddle.
Perhaps the easiest prey on Piñata Island, Raisants are an easy meal for everything from Arocknids to Fizzlybears. But they deal with it well, chewing bits of fruit and taking it all out on Buzzlegums occasionally.
The lion like pinata
Switching elements as it evolves, the moist Newtgat becomes the scorching Salamango - so hot it lives in a volcano and swallows Reddhotts. Its predecessor's grudges evolve too, from Lickatoads to Lackatoads...
The first Sour to visit and least difficult to tame, the Shellybean progresses from seed thief to tidy weed- removal device once converted. In fact thistles are a well-known Shellybean delicacy.
No Piñata would be too happy about having a Sour Sherbat attached to its neck. So dig out a lantern and tame one quickly, then put your new Mothdrop-loving pet to work protecting all those sick Piñatas instead!
This race of Pinatas are called sour because they bring down the fun of your garden by attacking your pinatas and leave poison candies all over the place
Whirlms will populate your garden from the beginning, with Sparrowmints close behind. Given a steady food source they'll stick around, and are easily evolved into Candaries when your tastes become more exotic.
