I just learned that the Champions Online Open Beta is only for people who pre-order it. So I guess I'll wait until the game comes out and see if there is a free trial. It's actually only $60 for 6 months of game time. It's cool that those options are available for people who are already commited to it.

Nope not true at all.Im in it did not preorder it.
The open beta lauch has been a clusterfuck you are well out of it.

I think the alternative is to have a subscription to FilePlanet to gain access to the beta.
