I am only 6 chapters in and I have already reached an area that I cannot move passed and as a result must resort to an earlier save so that I can continue forward.

That really sucks. I clipped through a chair one time that stayed on me for a few minutes before falling off, but nothing like that.

Man, I hate it when that happens!

I fell through the level and died after walking into the elevator where it stops halfway down and the dude tries to crawl in but gets stabbed in the back.  I remember remarking to my better half "Something fucking terrible is going to happen in here, I know it."
