Was just checking out the latest demos, screen refreshed and there was Duke. Good opportunity for people to see what it's like without having to spend the cash I suppose.

Anybody bother to pick this up? It seems counter intuitive to me to release a demo, surely you want sales from the name and the legacy, not from experiencing the shoddy gameplay.

I should probably grab the demo to see what all the hooplah is about. I keep hearing how crap it is, but I've had a good time on the PC version.

The section of gameplay in the demo is some of the worst in the entire game.

The load times are horrendous. Grab the demo on Steam if you can. Loads much quicker.

I think I may need to download this to see how the console version compares to the PC version.

I have it downloaded and then every time I turn my xbox on to play it I remember about the load times. So I play a game of Halo: Reach instead.
