It's been reported that the legal battle between Take Two and 3D Realms has come to a conclusion, ending in what amounts to a legal stalemate. Both sides have agreed to pay their own legal costs and neither can sue the other on the same grounds again. I guess this means that George Broussard can spend less time in court and more time not finishing Duke Nukem Forever.

I would personally suck off every single person it took, if it could get DNF to happen.

Addendum: Only once per person, and it needs to be completed, in a relatively bug-free environment, within 2 years.

I don't know why people are trying to rush perfection. This isn't just any game, this is the Game of Games. Sure, Duke Nukem Forever has been in development longer than most of you have been alive probably, but trust me, back when it was first announced, it was a big deal. There's a reason that this game is taking so long to develop, and not just because George Broussard keeps scrapping everything every single time a new game engine or new gameplay innovation comes out. When Duke Nukem Forever comes out, that's it. Civilization will have peaked. Everybody will play the game. Productivity will drop to 0% because nobody will have the motivation to do anything else, because everything has already been done with DNF. Society will collapse. The end of days. And when the last human dies of starvation due to non-stop playing of Duke Nukem Forever, our planet will be a barren wasteland, with a gigantic statue of Duke Nukem standing over everything as a reminder, which can be read on the placard attached to the base of the statue: "I've got balls of steel."
