     She was Professor Juniper's college roommate, and studies the effects of Pokemon dreams. After you beat Chili/Cilian/Cress and obtain the Trio Badge, she gives you the C-Gear and HM01 (Cut) and asks you to obtain Munna's Dream Mist and stop Team Plasma from bullying it. The flower in her hair matches the pattern on Munna, and in the anime, her team is comprised of Munna and its evolution, Musharna. It should be noted that her sprite is identical to the generic Scientist trainer aside from that flower.
